Her father referred her to his chiropractic clinic, and a chiropractor there helped her get back in the game and back on her horse. Since the very early years of his life, Minwoo has dedicated himself to being an elite-level soccer player all the while thriving on the tracks as a national-level track and field athlete. The sheer rigor that comes with being a high-performance athlete meant overcoming countless, inevitable injuries which, in turn, led him to find a passion in helping those battling injuries in hopes to return to their normal daily life as a registered massage therapist.
Minwoo completed his diploma at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy, concurrently with 550 hours of clinical hours. Natalie’s passion for movement rehabilitation ignited following an ACL injury from playing high school rugby. Since then, she has graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and is a BCAK Registered Kinesiologist. She is also a NSCA Certified Personal Trainer and applies techniques learned from other certifications such as FMS, BC Sports Aid, and CFES Fitness Theory.
Aside from academics, Natalie has over 5 years of combined experience working in both a clinical and recreational setting. She has worked closely alongside senior physiotherapists, chiropractors, and fitness specialists.
