My journey in movement and fitness began with soccer, a sport that shaped my confidence and discipline. While I once considered pursuing it professionally, a severe ankle injury in high school led me to shift my focus. Determined to stay active, I explored strength training and conditioning, but another setback—a serious lower back injury—completely changed my perspective on fitness.
Through my own rehabilitation, I realized that true strength isn’t just about performance but about restoring and maintaining a healthy, functional body. This led me to Pilates, where I discovered its power in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and movement efficiency. Seeing the increasing need for personalized training, particularly for injury recovery and aging populations, I committed myself to developing specialized programs that blend science, movement, and functional strength.
Now, in Canada, I continue to refine my skills, focusing on injury rehabilitation, golf performance, and mobility training, helping clients regain confidence in their bodies through movement.

At 14, when most middle school students are shy and adjusting to new challenges, I discovered Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. What began as a new hobby soon became a transformative journey. It helped me break out of my shell, turning my shyness into confidence and my sensitivity into a positive, optimistic outlook on life.
Through this journey, I learned the truth of the saying, a healthy body creates a healthy mind. This mindset helped me achieve my dream of becoming a national athlete, earning the title of 2020 National Reserve Athlete for Jiu-Jitsu.
However, the intense training and repetitive postures eventually took a toll on my body. That’s when I found Pilates. Its gentle yet effective movements not only helped rehabilitate my physical condition but also strengthened my mental resilience. Pilates became a passion, blending strength, control, and mindfulness in a way that deeply inspired me. This led me to earn my certifications and begin my career as a Pilates instructor.
As an instructor, I’ve discovered immense joy in helping my clients transform their bodies and minds. Witnessing their progress and happiness fuels my love for what I do. My mission is to share the power of Pilates and guide others toward healthier, more balanced lives.
